Material comparison aloy / cast iron
Aluminium will have next adwantages at identical geometry:
  • Higher heat transfer enables shorter heating and cooling times.
  • Material costs are almost negligible.
  • The smoother surface of aluminum is less sticky.
  • Stainless!
  • Approximately 3x lighter (device will be more robust).

Hygiene comparison aloy / steel
  • Easy cleaning in the dishwasher.
  • Refresh service for heavily soiled plates available. (basic cleaning + teflonising)

How do I obtain best baking results?
From our experience:
  • Thick dough bakes faster and is less liable.
  • Increase of oil and grease improves separation efficiency.
  • Release spray also improves the separation efficiency and reduces backing residues.
  • Baking powder will make waffles airy, look browny.
  • Special oil with butter flavor will refine taste.

How many irons do I need?
Experience shows that a medium-sized queue attracts even more people and increases the time they spend at your booth.

What are the benefits of stem waffles?
  • Very handy if you just have - typically for trade shows or shopping - only one free hand.
  • Eye-catching presentation of the wafer in the hand and in the display.
  • Saves paper plates and a napkins.
By the way: Of course, waffles can be baked with/without stem with the same waffle iron.

Which are the advantages of dough-concentrate?
  • Convincing by taste, look and fragrance.
  • Fast baking.
  • Safe and easy handling as well as excellent stability in storage.
By the way: In a baking pan with slots waffles can be baked also without handles.

Are the teflon coated plates ready to use?
Definitely YES! In contrast to the cast iron plates which need to be baked in for several hours, the teflon coated alloy plates require only a first time oil application.

How does the development process look like?
The entire development process is mediated directly and transparently, so that you are always well informed.
  • First, a 3D CAD model of the wafer will be built from the present sketch.
  • Screenshots and drawings will help find the optimal shape of the waffle.
  • After the 1st share the CAD-model of the cast plate will be developed and documented.
  • After the 2nd share the physical master model will be manufactured.
  • This will be molded in sand and cast in Alloy.
  • Finally, the plates will be trimmed, sandblasted, and teflon coated.
  • After assembly and quality check the device will be dispatched.
    Due to elaborated precision engineering and manufacturing process the waffles will correspond exactly to the specifications.

How much will the LogoWaffle-iron cost?
